Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by eLibSol through https://www.elibsol.com/ including but not limited to: library automation services such as Koha installation and support, DSpace implementation, RFID Library Management Systems, Digital Library Solutions and related professional services.

Nature of Services

eLibSol provides professional, custom and project-based services. 

These services are planning, configuration, deployment, use of technical staff, and intellectual effort. Rules for refunds are below.

Advance Payments

All payments made to eLibSol are treated as advance payments for services. 

Advance payments are necessary to initiate planning of projects, assign resources, and schedule work.

Cancellation Policy

a) Cancelation Before Project Beginning

If a client cancels before the start of the project and before the assignment of resources, the request may be considered. 

In that case, a partial refund may be given after deducting: 

• Administrative charges

•  Consultation and documentation costs 

The amount of refund and eligibility is a decision that is made only by eLibSol.

b) Cancelation After Project Execution

Once the project has begun – including but not limited to: 

• System installation or configuration 

• Data migration 

• RFID tagging or deployment 

• Software customization 

• Activation of technical support – no refund will be given.

Non‑Refundable Services

Refunds are not given for: 

•  Completed or partially completed services 

•  Software installation, customization, or configuration work 

•  Manpower or revisits onsite or remote support services 

• Third-party licenses, hardware, RF-IDs, readers or consumables 

• Emergency or priority support services

Delays & Force Majeure

eLibSol is not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond reasonable control, such as: 

•  Delayed or lack of cooperation from clients 

•  Client side hardware or infrastructure issues 

•  Disaster natural disasters, power cuts or government restrictions 

• These cases are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

•  Approved refunds (if any) will be processed using the original payment method. 

•  Refunds can take between 7 – 14 working days – bank processing times.

•  eLibSol reserves the right to refuse any refund request which doesn’t meet the policy.

No Return Policy

Since eLibSol offers services and digital solutions, there is no return of services after they are delivered or started.

Modifications to Services

Changes in requirements or scope after the project has started: 

• Do not qualify for refunds 

• Can be charged extra according to the new requirements

Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements over payments, cancellations or refunds will be: 

•  Handled by discussing among the parties 

• Governed only by Indian law
