All services are provided based on an agreed scope, timelines and requirements.
Service Engagement & Scope
Service details, timelines and deliverables are outlined through written communication, proposals or agreements. Any change of scope after initiation of the project may result in extra charges and timelines. eLibSol reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if it is required to provide the necessary information or cooperation to the client.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are as per discussion, and are without applicable taxes unless otherwise its mentioned. Advance payment can be required before the commencement of service. Made payments are guided by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delays in payment may lead to suspension or termination of the services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website such as text, graphics, descriptions, videos are the property of eLibSol India, unless otherwise noted. Unauthorised copying, reproduction or redistribution of website content is strictly prohibited. The software platforms that we use, such as Koha and DSpace, are open-source software and are under the control of their respective licenses, eLibSol does not claim ownership of them.
Client Responsibilities

To the maximum extent allowed by law, eLibSol is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the cost to buy the specific service in question. We are not liable for loss resulting from third party software, hardware failures or internet disruptions.
